We will replace or refund a purchase if a digital file has been corrupted or is defective in some way. Similarly, we can refund a purchase that has not been downloaded yet.

We are not otherwise able to give refunds for downloaded files because it is the nature of downloads to not be returnable.

We are not able to refund gift cards.
